This Saturday brings the most exciting news. The stable version of Mozilla Firefox browser has been updated to version 16.0.2. Did I say exciting news? Not really.
There is nothing much to write home about - except they’ve fixed critical security vulnerabilities in location object issues - whatever that means. You can read about it at the release notes at:
http://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/16.0.2/releasenotes/
BTW I have decided not to hyperlink many sites and instead provide only a text URL - one of them being Mozilla. The reason is after sometime the pages seem to move / disappear, throwing up a broken link error. Which in turn reflects badly on the blog as a whole. Yes, it is another valuable tip from my SEO friend.
This is in fact the second update for version 16. The first was a quick bug fix release within hours after Firefox 16.0 was pulled by Mozilla due to security issues.
The proud fox is limping or what?
