‘Let it snow’ - fun with Google Search

Seems Christmas is a week early at Google.  Just go to the Google search page (home page), like Google.com, Google.co.in or Google.com.pk and type in ‘let it snow’ without quotes and watch the fun!
The search results page show the results while snow-flakes-keep-falling-on-the-page.  As the snow keeps falling the search page itself starts to fog up like what happens to a window glass.

While it is fogged up, you can use the cursor to write, just as you could on a fogged up glass pane.  Once sufficiently fogged up, the blue search button turns to ‘defrost’ and clicking it gets you back the defogged page.

It works only from the original Google page and not when you search from the search results page itself.
Once defrosted, it doesn’t fog up again - but the snow flakes keep falling, though.

Have a bit of fun!

PS:  If you hadn’t tried it earlier, try typing ‘do a barrel roll’ on the Google search page
:-)

update:  Unlike ‘let it snow’ which doesn’t work the 2nd time around from within the ‘search results’ page, ‘do a barrel roll’ keeps doing it every time.
