AutoRuns has a new version

* After reading the 7tutorials’ roundup of uninstallers, it makes sense to switch from Revo Uninstaller to IOBit Uninstaller - it is fast, does a clean job and doesn’t require installation.  There is one point which I wish to clarify though - in my PC, IOBit Uninstaller does show entries in the Windows Updates tab;  however fully agree that using 3rd party tool to uninstall Hotfix is sheer madness.
