So, more match(es) played with (un)predicted results.
1. WI vs IRE - WI win - correct prediction
2. ENG vs BAN - BAN win - Blew the prediction out of water.
However, it makes true another prediction made in the original post.
That whoever ends up surprised by BAN (or PAK) will not be present
in the S/F
;-)
With that win BAN look like they are in with a good chance to
qualify for Q/F. There are only 2 results which can make them go
away. ENG win against WI or WI lose all their matches. Even if WI
lose all their matches (by a whisker), they've a good chance to get
in because of better run rate. BAN at present has negative run rate.
Phew! Those bleeding Poms! They must think that they're here to
entertain, not play competitive cricket.
The original post of 09 Mar 2011 contains the Google Spreadsheet
which has been updated to reflect the result(s)
