Now that 26/11 of 2009 has past, and we have expressed our sorrow, respects and resolution to the martyrs and victims as only we can, let us just mull these questions:
1) Knee jerk reaction to blame Google Earth - that the terrorists familiarised themselves by using GE - and the clamour for blocking of GE. What a crock of bullshit. Headley/Rana's shenanigans have blown that argument wide open. They've alleged to have taken actual photos/handycam videos, forget GE.
2) SRK detention at Newark and the howls as reported by Times of India and Indian Express - the 2nd is the famous 'Tit-for-tat' remark by Ms. Ambika Soni. Remember all the howls by fans and what not? Now with Headley's alleged contact with Bollywood people, the US seems to have been justified in detention and questioning, didn't they ? I do not hear any 'twits' talking about this now.
3) Hemant Karkare's missing Bulletproof jacket. What happened to safe keeping of evidence - in a top news, fresh off the incident case. No wonder too many criminals get away in here !
4) The mumbaikar after 26/11 turned out to vote in two elections - and polled just about 44% of the votes.
